Note: You cannot delete workflows connected to sites or forms. Remove all processes linked to the workflow before you proceed to delete it.
Step 1
To delete the workflow, navigate to the workflow list and hover on a workflow that you wish to delete from the list.
Step 2
As you hover on the workflow, a delete icon will appear on the panel.
Step 3
Click Yes to delete the workflow.
