This section lists all the Incidents reported by Users across different types and categories – Near Misses, Lost Time Injuries, First Aid Cases, Fire Hazards, and Environment related Incidents.
The Incident cards are grouped under 2 major heads – Open and Closed – as a tabbed view (see image below). Incident Cards automatically move to the Closed tab once all actions within a given Incident are marked as Closed.
You can also sort the listing of Incident cards by their Severity Potential. Click on Minor, Serious or Fatal to the right of the tabs as shown in the image below.
Click on the [XLS] icon to export the listing to Microsoft Excel format for offline use.
You also have the facility to search Incident cards by a keyword. Click on the Search Icon and type the keywords, and the matching results will be displayed below.
Use the filter option above the listing to narrow down the Incident Cards. The following filters are available for you …
- Filter by Date Range
- Filter by Category
- Filter by Site
Once you have applied filters, click on the [Reset] button to clear all filters.
