Hovering over a card will provide you with 2 options – Edit and Delete – depending on the permissions and access rights assigned to you by your Administrator. These are available as icons to the top right of the card as shown in the image below.
Clicking on the Edit Icon opens the Observation form to the right side of the screen – just like the way you first reported it. Edit the form fields as required and submit the same. Once submitted, the designated users are notified of the changes.
