Cloning is a quick and easy option to create new permits by duplicating from previously created permits. You can easily customize the duplicated permit to create a new one without starting from scratch.


Step 1: Go to Settings> Permit Forms.


Step 2:

Hover above the permit form that you want to clone. You will find a Clone icon on the left of the panel.


Step 3:

Click on the clone icon and a cloned permit will appear on the list.


Step 4:

Hover on the cloned permit and click on the Edit Icon to edit properties like Permit Name, Description, Prefix ID and Icon.


Step 5:

To customize permit form settings, hover on the cloned permit and click the Field Settings Icon.


Step 6:

Now, you can complete your customization of the permit form by adding or removing permit field, checklist and more. After you have modified the cloned permit, Click the Save button to create new Permit form.
