If the permit operation cannot be completed within the stipulated period, you can choose to extend the permit schedule to complete the work procedure.
Step 1:
You can choose to extend Permit by navigating to the Permit Form and clicking the Extend button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2:
By default, a night checklist form will appear. Choose the appropriate checklist buttons before submitting the form.
Step 3:
Once submitted, all workers and designated authorities connected to the permit will receive instant notifications and emailer with details about the permit extension.
