You can reconfigure how you collect worker data by adding additional fields to get an in-depth understanding of all workers. Add mandatory fields and create a checklist to ensure that worker profiles comply with statutory safety requirements.
Edit Worker Profile Form
Step 1:
Go to Setting > Worker Profile to navigate to the Workers Profile page.
Step 2:
On the worker's profile page, you will find your default question fields and response types. You can overwrite the text fields, text boxes, radio buttons, checklists, etc and also configure Response Type from the dropdown list.
Step 3:
Make your modifications to the user profile form and click the Save button.
Step 4:
You can now verify your changes by navigating to the worker profile panel while creating a new permit. New > Permit > Choose permit type > Worker Profile. You will find your updated worker profile form.
