You can delete users from Safetymint only after making sure that their profile is not linked to any permit or workflow.

Step 1:

Hover on the user name that you want to delete from the user list. A trash icon will appear on the right of the user panel.

Step 2:

Select the trash icon to delete the user name. If the user name is linked to a permit or workflow, you will not be allowed to delete the user until you unlink the user from active positions.
